Third Branch Engineering received its Certificate of Authorization to provide environmental engineering services in the State of Arkansas. This Authorization follows Deanne Dutton Hughes' licensure to practice engineering in Arkansas.
Deanne Dutton Hughes chaired the Climate Change Policy and Regulation panel Thursday morning. Ms. Dutton HUghes continues to serve as chair for the Climate Change Policy Committee for AWMA.
